• I’ve had more than one person tell me that the highlight of reading their “Investigating Faith” newsletter have been the photos of my granddaughter, Abby. So, hey, how could I skip a month? Here’s a photo of Abby with her parents, Dan and Alison, at Abby’s first Angels ballgame. Dan is a life-long Angels fan, Alison is a Cubs-turned-Angels fan, and they’re bringing up Abby in the tradition. (By the way, Anaheim’s sweltering summer heat hasn’t managed to cool the Angels’ recent hot streak!)

• I was really pleased to get this email from Mike of Babson Park, Florida, who read our last newsletter and looked at LeeStrobel.com’s material on helping kids investigate God: “Lee, thanks for the tips on leading my children to Christ. Watching that video let me know that I was on the right track with my 12-year-old son the other night. We had a long and frank discussion after he saw some things on the internet. Instead of getting angry at him, I listened and realized that there was a deeper question beyond his initial search for knowledge. And I had the opportunity to answer some great questions that he had apparently been wrestling with for a while. Thanks again for your dedication to helping Christians!”
